We do not offer international shipping at this time. Orders placed with shipping addresses outside the United States will be canceled.

Order Cut-Off Time:
Orders placed before 2:00 PM Pacific Standard Time (PST) are processed the same business day.
Orders placed after 2:00 PM PST are processed the next business day.

We charge a flat rate shipping fee of $15 USD on all domestic orders within the United States.
This flat rate applies regardless of order value, size, or delivery location within the supported service area.
Shipping charges are displayed at checkout before payment is completed.
Shipping fees are non-refundable unless otherwise stated in our Return & Refund Policy.
6. Order Tracking
Once your order has been shipped, tracking information will be sent to the email address provided at checkout.
Tracking updates are managed by the shipping carrier and may not always reflect real-time movement.
7. Address Accuracy
Customers are responsible for providing accurate and complete shipping details.
HerClutch.shop is not responsible for:
- Delays caused by incorrect address information
- Failed delivery attempts
- Returned shipments due to address errors
If a package is returned due to incorrect information or delivery refusal, additional shipping charges may apply for reshipment.
8. Lost, Delayed, or Damaged Shipments
If your shipment is significantly delayed beyond the estimated timeframe, please contact us for assistance.
If your order arrives damaged, you must notify us within 7 days of delivery and provide supporting evidence (such as photographs).

9. Delivery Responsibility
Once an order is marked as delivered by the shipping carrier, responsibility transfers to the customer.
HerClutch.shop is not responsible for lost or stolen packages after confirmed delivery.
