This Return & Refund Policy outlines the conditions under which HerClutch.shop accepts returns and issues refunds. By placing an order on our website, customers agree to the terms described below.


1. 30-Day Return Window

Customers may request a return within 30 days of delivery.

The 30-day return period begins on the date the order is marked as delivered by the shipping carrier.

Return requests submitted after 30 days of delivery may not be approved.


2. Eligibility for Returns

To qualify for a return:

  • The handbag must be unused
  • In its original condition
  • With all original packaging, tags, and protective materials intact

Items that show signs of wear, damage, misuse, or alteration after delivery may not be eligible for return.

All returns require prior approval before being sent back.


3. How to Request a Return

To initiate a return, please contact:

  • Reason for return
  • Photos (if the item is damaged or incorrect)

Return instructions and the return shipping address will be provided after approval.

Unauthorized returns may not be accepted.


4. Non-Returnable Items

The following items are not eligible for return:

  • Used products
  • Items damaged due to customer misuse
  • Products returned without original packaging or tags

5. Return Shipping Responsibility

Customers are responsible for return shipping costs unless the return is due to:

  • A confirmed defective product
  • An incorrect item sent by us

We recommend using a trackable shipping method.
HerClutch.shop is not responsible for lost or damaged return shipments.


6. Inspection and Approval

All returned items are inspected upon receipt.

If the item meets the return eligibility requirements, the refund will be approved.
If the item does not meet the stated conditions, the return may be rejected.

Inspection decisions are final.


7. Refund Processing

Once approved, refunds are issued to the original payment method.

Refunds are processed within 5–10 business days after approval.

Original shipping charges ($15 flat rate) are non-refundable unless the return is due to our error.

We do not charge restocking fees.


8. Damaged or Incorrect Items

If you receive a damaged or incorrect item, you must contact us within 7 days of delivery and provide photo evidence.

We will review the case and offer a replacement, refund, or appropriate resolution.


9. Order Cancellations

Orders may be canceled only before they are processed or shipped.

Once an order has been processed or dispatched, cancellation is no longer possible and the standard return process will apply.


10. Policy Updates

HerClutch.shop reserves the right to modify this policy at any time.
Changes take effect immediately upon posting.
